Kokila is an Of-Counsel at ADP Law Offices, bringing a wealth of expertise in commercial litigation with a focus on anti-trust and competition law as well as general litigation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Competition Law from National Law University, Delhi, and advises on a broad spectrum of competition issues, including abuse of dominance, cartel enforcement, and merger control across diverse industries. She also conducts tailor-made competition compliance training programs for clients across sectors.
With almost a decade of dedicated experience, Kokila previously worked with the Competition Commission of India (CCI) as a Research Associate, where she engaged with numerous contentious matters. Following her tenure at CCI, she further honed her skills at a leading anti-trust law firm, where she represented both CCI and private clients in a multitude of anti-trust cases before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Tribunals and the CCI.
